I am a seasoned therapist with extensive experience in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, SandTray Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Art Therapy, and Group Therapy. As a child-centered play therapist and a person-centered therapist, I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, anger management, confidence building, grief and loss, and coping during family changes (including divorce, separation, and foster situations). I also focus on tolerance development, social skills enhancement, and supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum to help them thrive in their personal and social lives. With a deep understanding of the public school system, I am well-versed in identifying and implementing modifications and accommodations that support students' success in the academic setting.
